At Prestige Guild, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and digital templates. Because our products and digital templates are digital assets delivered via instant download, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect our intellectual property.
1. No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the download link has been generated or sent to your email, the product or digital template is deemed “used,” and we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You waive your 7-day “cooling-off” period typically provided under the South African Consumer Protection Act and ECTA for physical goods.
- You have reviewed the product or digital template description and confirmed it meets your software requirements (e.g., PDF, ZIP, Excel).
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We value your satisfaction. We will only consider a refund or credit in the following highly specific instances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same product or digital template twice in two separate transactions, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Corrupt Files: If the digital file is technically corrupt and cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 3 business days of being notified.
- Incomplete Delivery: If you paid for the item but never received the download link (and it is not in your Spam/Junk folder).
3. How to Request Assistance

4. Chargebacks
Prestige Guild tracks all downloads by IP address and timestamp. Any fraudulent chargebacks initiated via Peach Payments or your banking institution will be contested using this delivery evidence. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from the Guild.
